All tooling is manufactured by Shubhada to serve the different types of monoblocks required by the customer.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing is carried out under accurately controlled conditions using ‘state of the art’ APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) Machines.
Copper Sourcing
Our fully equipped copper conductor suppliers deliver us with high quality conductors enabling us to manufacture the monoblocks as per required standards.
Operations
Copper cutting, punching etc are all carried out with the help of our modern in-house facilities. This allows us to maintain adequate control of our materials and minimise transport costs.
Testing
Our monoblocks are cent percent tested with routine test which also includes oil leakage test and air leakage test.
