VMC operating and setting.

Part setting and programming 2D & 3D .

Verified machines setting and programme control data for accuracy.

Post a 3D programme through DNC software to machine.

Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow and angle of cut.

Daily work management like action plan monitoring rework and rejection.

Support company production requirement at all times.

Programmer must have experience & knowledge of Delcam – Powermill software
