Job Description:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies for epoxy moulding.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining quality standards.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records and address discrepancies promptly.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and accessibility of materials.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Implement safety measures and protocols within the warehouse to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on inventory status, consumption patterns, and other relevant metrics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the epoxy moulding or manufacturing industry.
