Job Description:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintain records of commercials for tea/coffee vending machines.
  • Send birthday mailers and maintain details of employees’ birthdays, including soft copies of photos.
  • Ensure security by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
  • Handle housekeeping staff and delegate work.
  • Operate and maintain the EPABX system, including screening phone calls.
  • Manage meeting room availability for employees and visitors.
  • Arrange couriers and parcels.
  • Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the reception area.
  • Handle hotel booking and travel desk activities.
  • Keep stationery data monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Maintain inward/outward stationery records.
  • Coordinate work allotted by various departments.
  • Handle peons and maintain their movement registers.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist the HR team with recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and monitor pest control records.
  • Make important announcements as required.
  • Oversee office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers.
